Real estate has been a part of my life from a young age. Growing up in China, my father served as CFO for one of the country’s largest real estate developers, and I spent much of my childhood around job sites, absorbing the industry firsthand. My own journey began in college in New Zealand, where I managed a seven-unit flat—subleasing six units to students and visitors. This early venture not only helped support my living expenses but also gave me invaluable experience in property management. In 2007, I moved to Cary, North Carolina to pursue my MBA. But my passion for real estate never faded. During a summer break, I enrolled in real estate school and earned my license in 2009. I began my career as a full-time broker with ZipRealty, closing my first two transactions in the spring of 2010—both earning 5-star reviews. By 2012, I launched my own practice. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors across the Triangle area. My expertise spans residential sales, investment properties, and property management. I’m especially passionate about real estate investment and remodeling.
